If you are
interested in improving your self-care while looking at this care through a
theological lens, then I invite you to join a Wholy Life Group. These groups are for clergy who want to
engage in mindful self-care that increases their health in body, mind and
spirit.
The purpose of these groups are for people who would like to
explore topics related to health and well-being in a wholistic faith-based
fashion. Both in-person and video conferencing options will be
available. Groups will meet once a month for about 90 minutes over the
next six months.
The groups
will be formed to meet the needs of the participants while also covering a
variety of topics. These groups will offer the opportunity for people to
go more in depth with topics such as stress reduction techniques, clergy
psycho-social health research (clergy archetypes), eating
healthy, healthy movement, and attending to our own spiritual needs as well as proving
resources for congregational ministries of health and well-being.
Groups are full right now. If you are interested in joining a group in the future, you can email rachelgonia@wholylife.net
